UUID Generator v5

Create namespace-based Universally Unique Identifiers (UUIDs) using the version 5 algorithm. These UUIDs are generated by hashing a namespace identifier and name using SHA-1. They produce consistent results for the same inputs, making them ideal for applications requiring deterministic ID generation from existing identifiers with stronger cryptographic properties than v3.
