Calculate SHA1

Create SHA-1 hash values from any input text or data. SHA-1 is a cryptographic hash function that produces a 160-bit hash value. While it has known vulnerabilities and is not recommended for security-critical applications, it can be useful for legacy system compatibility and non-security-critical checksums.
